Welcome to the booking website for the 2024 AILA Fall Wellness conference in lovely Puerto Vallarta, Mexico!  I aim to answer as many of your questions in advance as possible and hope this group page will be a useful tool you can refer to as needed.  I am also here to help you with any questions or concerns you may have, so please feel free to reach out to me via email, or feel free to schedule a call with me via phone

IMPORTANT SCHEDULE INFORMATION ABOUT THIS YEAR'S CONFERENCE - **Note this has changed from last year

Please note:  in previous years, the conference began with a welcome happy hour on Thursday.  This year, the welcome happy hour will be on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13th.  The CLE courses will be TWO FULL DAYS on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 14th, and  FRIDAY NOVEMBER 15th.  This scheduling change is so you can enjoy all there is to do in and around the Puerto Vallarta area on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday.   

As such, we have negotiated our discounted rates for 4 nights for those wishing to depart on Sunday, and for 3 nights if you wish to depart on Saturday.

Lastly - Please BOOK EARLY - we have sold out of rooms for this conference the last 5 years in a row!  Secure your room early so you don't miss out on this amazing conference!

Also, please note that reservations must be paid in full at time of booking.  There is NO deposit only option.

What about flights?

I encourage everyone to book their own flights so they can have the schedule and airline of their choosing. Also, in a post Covid world, airlines have become much more flexible in their rescheduling policies and typically don't have no change fees if you book directly with them.  The airport to fly into is Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).

How do I get between the airport and resort?

Great news!  Your round trip transportation costs are included in your total vacation price.  As we get closer to your departure, I will be requesting your airline information so I can set up your ground transportation.

What about excursions?

We are planning some really fun optional excursions so you can make the most of your time in Puerto Vallarta.  So far we are working on an adrenaline adventure, sunset catamaran sail, and an art walk with wine and painting.  
As we get closer to your departure date,  I will be sending an email with options and pricing - so stay tuned!   
 

Trip protection

Trip protection is highly recommended, and is based on the total cost of your vacation.  You are required to elect whether you wish to have a trip protection quote sent to you when you make your reservation.  If you elect to receive a trip protection quote, it will be emailed to you within 48 business hours.  After you review the quote, kindly let me know if you wish to purchase the trip protection, and the premium will be processed at the same time as your deposit.  You can also click HERE to view trip protection options and to get your personalized quote.  For the best coverage, we suggest the Worldwide Trip Protector Policy and adding on the Cancel For Any Reason protection.

Passports

PRO TIP:  PLEASE check the expiration date on your passports now.  Your passport MUST be valid for 6 months after the date you return to the US, so verify your passport is good through June 2025.  Wait times for new passports and renewals of your passports are unpredictable right now due to many people wanting to travel, so please do yourselves a favor and take a look now.  If you need to renew or apply for a passport, doing so now will avoid stress later.
