Room Rates
Guest rooms and secured group rates for the Batista & Vega Wedding are available for guests exclusively through Patty Jordan & Kristen Bullock with Unique Romance Travel.
A limited number of the selected room categories listed below have been held from November 7 - 14, 2023, and a 3-night minimum stay is required. Please Note: Once the rooms held in the group block have been booked additional rooms can be added if available, but the group rates are no longer guaranteed. Upgraded rooms are available upon request & subject to availability and pricing at the time of booking.
A $100 per room deposit is required to secure your room. After your deposit has been processed you can set up a payment schedule to make payments.
The rates below are per person/per night including all meals, beverages including alcohol, taxes, and gratuities, and based on the number of adults in the same room.
Occupancy refers to the number of adults in the room; single is one adult, double is 2 adults, triple is 3 adults, and quad is 4 adults.
Children ages 2 - 17 pay the Child Rate when sharing the room with 2 adults.
Please note: unless otherwise noted, bedding assignments (1 bed or 2 beds) are on a "request" basis and are not guaranteed.

July 26 - August 23, 2023: A penalty of 1 NIght per room will apply.
August 24 - September 28, 2023: A penalty of 2 NIghts per room will apply.
After September 28, 2023: 100% cancellation penalty will apply.

Travel Protection Plan Details
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and protects guests from life's "unexpected" events. Protect your investment and avoid penalties of up to 100% should you need to cancel before travel. Group travel protection is offered by the supplier Classic Vacations and can be purchased at the time of booking. Please note, the Classic Vacations travel protection is not available for New York residents. Please see alternate options below.
The Classic Vacations Group Travel Insurance can only be purchased & added to your reservation at the time of booking and must be paid with the initial deposit. Travel Insurance costs are per person and based on the total per person cost of the trip. The group plan will reimburse 100% of non-refundable penalties if you cancel for a reason covered by the plan or it will also reimburse 75% of the penalty if you cancel for any other reason when travel is canceled PRIOR to departure and provided that you purchase the group plan at the time of booking. Once purchased insurance policy premiums are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please select "yes" if you would like to include the group travel protection costs in your quote.
