March 4th, 2024 : Last day to book within the group block to join in on the wedding festivities and receive the discounted rate.

July 31st , 2024 : Final hotel room balance payment due

LIZ MOORE WEDDINGS BOOKING PROCEDURE

** VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ **

All reservations must be booked with our travel specialist, Tanisha Woods with Liz Moore Weddings no later than March 4th, 2024

There is a minimum 3 night stay when booking your reservation.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is due no later than March 4th, 2024 in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

** FINAL BALANCE IS DUE BY July 31st, 2024**

Once your airfare is secured please fill out the Flight Information/Special Request Form so transportation to/from the airport can be coordinated.

LIZ MOORE WEDDINGS BOOKING PROCEDURE:

1. Upon completion of the Booking Request Form Tanisha will manually create your reservation and apply your deposit. Please allow up to 3 BUSINESS days after completion of this form for Tanisha to finalize your reservation.

2. You will receive the itinerary and invoice upon finalization of your reservation.

3. Future Payments: We do not offer recurring payment plans. There is just an initial deposit and final payment due date. You are able to make payments anytime you wish within that time period at your discretion. To make a payment simply reach out to Tanisha via email ( [email protected]) and request a payment authorization link.

4. Approximately 2 months prior to departure Tanisha will send a Flight Information Request email asking you to verify your flight information (even if you already completed this, please make sure to resend it so Tanisha has the most up to date flight information).

Please do so by ONLY filling out the form as it helps her to keep everyone's information organized properly: Flight Information Request . If you are not able to send 2 requests then, go ahead and directly email me the flight details of the request that would not submit. Title the subject line: Flight Information for _(Guest's Name)___/ Group # CGFJCRISTGARCIA

5. 1-2 weeks prior to departure Tanisha will send you an email with your itinerary and vital travel information.

Closest airport to the resort is Puerto Vallarta.

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can.

You may book it via your favorite airline.

Typically about 6-9 months out is the best time to book but it can vary.

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.

WHERE WILL THE WEDDING BE?

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes, all guests traveling to Puerto Vallarta, MX will require a passport book. If you do not have one at this time, it is recommended to obtain one as early as possible. If you do have one, please check the expiration. Your passport needs to be good for at least 6 months past your travel date. For more info: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html

WHEN TO BOOK FLIGHTS?

Book flights 4-9 months in advance. As the date gets closer, prices will increase. Recommended to book ahead of time to avoid delays.

WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD GUESTS FLY INTO?

Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). It is located approximately 10-15 min away depending on traffic.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE AVAILABLE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT?

Yes, this will be available for all guests who book their rooms directly through our Travel Specialist Tanisha Woods. The travel fare to and from the airport in Puerto Vallarta is included in your room payment. It is to our understanding that the transportation is not a private charter, however that can be arranged upon request at an additional cost. Please notify Tanisha (travel specialist) when booking your room if you wish to have private transportation or if you are ok with standard transportation (not private).

WHEN SHOULD GUESTS START TO ARRIVE IN PUERTO VALLARTA AND WHEN SHOULD THEY DEPART BACK HOME?

We are hoping our guests can meet us in Puerto Vallarta anytime between 11/05/2024 -11/06/2024 to give them time to settle in and prepare to Celebrate our wedding on the 7th of November, 2024 . As far as departure and returning home, we ask that our guests stay a minimum of 3 nights. Available Travel Window is : November 5th, 2024 - November 12th, 2024.

HOW CAN WE BOOK OUR ROOM AND HOW LONG CAN WE STAY?

Our travel agent, Tanisha Woods with Liz Moore Destination Weddings, will be the point of contact for the room booking process. To Book Please Follow These Steps: 1. Go through the Q& A section and Read the Website. 2. Fill out and submit the "Booking Form " located in the Welcome and Bottom sections of this website. All pricing and everything you need to complete this form on this website. 3. You will then receive a confirmation email with your room booking, which will contain any additional instructions.

Note: You must complete Step 2 in order to book your room and receive a confirmation. Room category and the number of booked days/nights available have been negotiated with the resort.

The date window you are available to book in is between November 5th, 2024 - November 12th, 2024. , You may stay either 3, 4,5,6, or 7 nights. If you have a specific time frame you need outside of the room block we have, please advise asap so we can better accommodate you if possible.

DO THE GUESTS HAVE TO PAY THEIR BOOKING ALL UPFRONT OR IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE?

WILL WE NEED MEXICO CURRENCY?

This is totally up to the guest. The Wedding is hosted in an All Inclusive Resort. This means all your Meals & Drinks (Alcoholic as well) are included in your Room Rate. Guests normally bring currency for Tipping, which is not mandatory, and can be done in Both Mexican Peso or USD. Tanisha will provide you with a Tipping Tutorial a few weeks prior to travel. If you decide to do excursions the best way to pay for the extras is with a credit card.

Absolutely!.

YES! Once you arrive there will be no surprise costs!

CAN I BOOK ON MY OWN: DIRECT OR THRU THIRD PARTY?

We ask that all Guests book through the Room Block. We have worked with the Resort to hold enough rooms to accommodate all our guest choices. By booking within our Room Block you will help us meet the percentage required to adhere to our Wedding Contract and this will also allow you to participate in all our wedding events planned for the week. In Addition, you will have the convenience of utilizing our Travel Specialist, Group Coordinator, and Hospitality Desk for all service requests along with being placed in nearby rooms when possible.

From Puerto Vallarta to Riviera Nayarit until the Sierra Madre Mountains, each one of Riviera Nayarit’s attractions will

captivate your spirit.

Go shopping to la Cruz de Huanacaxtle Marina ́s market, walk through the Sayulita ́s downtown and enjoy local foods. Take an excursion to the native town and enjoy the dances and pilgrimages honoring the Saints. Climb up the majestic mountains and into the rainforest, or simply soak in the amazing beaches along the Banderas Bay.
