By authorizing TravelBash to charge your credit card or bank account for the noted amount, you agree that all payments are non-refundable unless you have purchased travel insurance. TravelBash is not responsible for cancellations, and without insurance, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the cause, including force majeure events. Your signed charge authorization is a binding agreement, and you waive the right to initiate a chargeback for trip delays, changes, or cancellations (except in cases of fraud). Refunds are governed by the terms and conditions of TravelBash and its suppliers. Any unauthorized chargebacks or reversals will result in the recovery of all associated costs, including attorney fees. You agree not to dispute the payment as long as it matches the invoice terms.
