Terms and Conditions: I acknowledge and accept in keeping with all applicable laws, I am instructing Wanderlust Getaway / Getz Premier Voyages to purchase the requested and approved travel packages/items against the credit card listed above. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on the trip invoice and supplier brochure/website. You also certify you have read the Terms and Conditions and the appropriate Travel Protection Plan details. Cancellation penalties may apply. I acknowledge and accept that I have authorized this transaction and will hold Wanderlust Getaway / Getz Premier Voyages harmless with respect to these instructions. Wanderlust Getaway / Getz Premier Voyages is not the source or supplier of the travel services requested and acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier cruise lines, hotels, airlines, ground transportation and other companies providing accommodations, transportations, and/or other services. Each of these suppliers is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of Wanderlust Getaway / Getz Premier Voyages. I acknowledge and accept that Wanderlust Getaway / Getz Premier Voyages may request government issued photo identification and may verify the billing address of the card. Wanderlust Getaway / Getz Premier Voyages also reserves the right to mail tickets only to the billing address of the credit card. I acknowledge and accept that Wanderlust Getaway / Getz Premier Voyages shall not be liable for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to client or to those traveling with Client in connection with any travel services we have booked, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, acts of terrorism, force majeure, breakdown in equipment, theft, delay, fuel increases or cancellation or change in intermarry or schedules. I acknowledge and accept that there are cancellation policies, change fees and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services as set by travel suppliers. If for any reason my credit card charges are later declined, reversed or Wanderlust Getaway / Getz Premier Voyages is unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, I acknowledge that this is a binding contract and Wanderlust Getaway / Getz Premier Voyages will be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with collection. I acknowledge and accept that Wanderlust Getaway / Getz Premier Voyages is not responsible for the issuance of travel identification such as passports and/or visas and travellers should insure they have valid travel documents (not expired) or have been approved for the appropriate documents, before purchasing travel. This charge will be manually applied by the agency to your reservation. If there are any issues, an agent will get back to you. Please note that you may not see a charge from our agency on your credit card statement; the charge will come from our supplier and/or the airline directly. Payment may take 3-5 business days to fully process and be reflected on your statement.
