1. PLEASE REVIEW THIS INVOICE FOR ACCURACY within 24 hours of receipt. Please notify Custom Travel regarding any discrepancies, misspellings or inaccuracies within the 24-hour period. Errors brought to Custom Travel's attention after 24 hours may not be repairable or reconcilable without a fee assessed to the traveler. Custom Travel is not liable for or responsible for fees that may be incurred. Custom Travel is not responsible or liable for incorrect airline travel dates when airfare is reserved outside of a Custom Travel vacation package.

PLEASE NOTE: This invoice will only be sent you electronically via email unless you request a hard copy mailed to you. If you prefer a mailed copy, please request it from your travel consultant via email or by calling the office at 203-949-9990.

2. IDENTIFICATION: A valid U.S. passport will be required of all passengers before boarding the ship. Please make sure your first and last names appear on your passports exactly as those listed above. If your names are not correct, please call us immediately. Middle names are not necessary. Please note many destinations have passport restrictions that require your passport to be valid 6 months past departure date. A Passport Card will not suffice. Failure to comply will result in denial of boarding and no refund. Custom Travel is NOT responsible for passport issues in any way.

3. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Custom Travel highly recommends each traveler purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance will protect your funds in the event of unexpected issues before or during your vacation. We recommend two travel insurance plans offered by Travel Insured International: Worldwide Trip Protector and Worldwide Trip Protector PLUS. Worldwide Trip Protector PLUS includes CANCEL FOR ANY REASON protection which provides a 75% refund. Worldwide Trip Protector PLUS must be purchased within 21 days of your first deposit. For specific coverage terms please visit https://www.travelinsured.com/plans/. Without travel insurance, changes or cancellations will result in fees and non-refundable expenses. Please note preexisting medical conditions may only be considered as a potentially valid trip cancellation claim if purchased within 21 days of trip deposit date. It is also important to note most US health insurance plans do NOT provide medical coverage outside of the country and these policies will give you this important coverage. If you do not have travel insurance, medical/personal emergencies, weather related delays (hurricanes, snowstorms, etc.) or other unforeseen circumstances affecting your trip does not relieve you from penalties.

Custom Travel and its agents are limited to advising you of the need for such coverage and is not qualified to answer technical questions about the benefits, exclusions, and conditions of travel protection plans. Custom Travel cannot evaluate the adequacy of the prospective insured's existing insurance coverage. If you have any questions about your travel protection, please call your insurer or insurance agent or broker. All claims must be filed with the insurance provider by you and are reviewed, accepted or declined at the sole decision and discretion of the insurance provider and not Custom Travel.

4. PAYMENTS: Payments can be made towards your reservation at any time on Custom Travel’s website: https://www.cttravel.com/payment. Please use your confirmation number appearing on your invoice to link your payment to your reservations. Payments can also be made over the telephone during our regular business hours or in person at our office.

5. FINAL PAYMENT: The final payment MUST be received NO LATER THAN the date noted above in your invoice. Final payments are NOT automatically charged. Please note the final payment date as reminders may not be sent. You must contact Custom Travel on the date you would like the payment to be posted. If you would like to apply your final payment to the same card as used for your deposit, you must email or call Custom Travel. If using a new card, please submit that information to Custom Travel. Custom Travel is not responsible for cancellations due to payments made after this date. Late fees will apply. If final payment is not made by the due date, your cruise line will automatically cancel your cruise and refunds may not be given. Custom Travel is not responsible if your cruise is cancelled due to lack of payment.

6. LATE FEES: Final payments not received prior to the due date above will incur a $50.00 per person late fee. All reservations are subject to cancellation and hotel penalties as described herein if final payment is not received on the due date.

7. CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: ANY changes made to your existing reservation are subject to the current rates, promotions, and terms at the time of change. Custom Travel also reserves the right to charge change fees starting at $100.00 per person.

8. CANCELLATION PENALTIES: Cancellation charges depend on when Custom Travel receives notice of the cancellation. Minimum, mandatory cancellation charges will begin at $125.00 per person in addition to cruise line cancellation fees. Your cruise line cancellation fees can be provided upon request. If your cruise fare is a non-refundable deposit rate, your deposit is non-refundable. If Custom Travel booked airline tickets on your behalf, such tickets are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and subject to individual airline penalties and change fees. All cancellations must be received in writing.

9. SUPPLIERS: Custom Travel is engaging with travelers and suppliers/cruise lines in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly owned or operated by this travel agency (such as but not limited to air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises). Custom Travel is not an employee, agent, or representative of any of these suppliers/cruise lines. All travel services arranged by Custom Travel are subject to any and all applicable laws, regulations, tariffs, and the terms and conditions of any agreement with a supplier/cruise line. Custom Travel is not responsible for any default by our suppliers/cruise lines. Custom Travel shall not be responsible for failure to perform any obligation of this contract due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God (Force Majeure), war, riot, acts of civil/military authorities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, climactic conditions, criminal acts, fire, floods, disease, epidemics, pandemic, quarantine, labor strikes or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the agency’s control and disclaims all responsibility or liability for loss, damage or injury.

10. “CHARGEBACKS”: The travelers listed on this confirmation, and their agents, agree not to institute a credit card dispute or “charge back” for authorized charges, penalties or fees. Client understands a $200 mandatory administrative fee will be billed to the traveler and applied to all chargebacks that do not involve a fraudulent charge, and this fee shall cover all costs associated with time and expenses required to respond to the fraudulent chargeback. Custom Travel further reserves the right to initiate additional legal action to recoup any additional costs over $200 that are incurred in fighting the fraudulent chargeback.

11. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent to you no later than ten (10) days prior to departure date. Please thoroughly review these documents immediately. Misprints, misspellings, incorrect dates etc. are not the responsibility of Custom Travel. It is very important that you take your travel documents with you in addition to passports and a major credit card for expenses such as onboard accounts, resort or rental car incidentals.

12. AIRFARE BOOKED ON OWN: If you have purchased and/or arranged your own airfare, please advise Custom Travel of the flight information (airline, flight number, departure airport, arrival airport, times) via email at [email protected], if transfers are needed.

13. AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: Occasionally airlines change flight schedules or may cancel flights entirely. These changes are beyond Custom Travel's control. If such a situation occurs, Custom Travel will do its best to assist with finding best possible alternate option(s). The airline may automatically make the change as airline policies/rules entitle them to legally do so. Custom Travel will notify you of major changes. Please note there may be additional costs to re-book a new flight should the airline cancel or make a major change to your original flight itinerary. Custom Travel is not responsible for any additional costs or fees imposed by the airlines.

14. RE-CONFIRM YOUR FLIGHTS: Custom Travel advises you personally re-confirm your flight schedule within 24 hours prior to departure directly with the airline in case of any last minute changes or delays. Most airlines allow you to check in online 24 hours prior to departure using the “Record Locator” (found in your Custom Travel documents).

15. AIRPORT CHECK IN: Please check-in with your airline at the airport two to three hours prior to scheduled flight departure time. Failure to do so may cause travelers to miss their flights and Custom Travel accepts no responsibility for missed flights.

16. PRE-TRAVEL AUTHORIZATIONS: Please be advised it is the travelers' responsibility to obtain and complete any pre-travel authorization forms, obtain testing results, etc. for travel. Custom Travel is not liable if the travelers do not obtain the appropriate documentation.

17. BAGGAGE FEES & LIMITATIONS: You should inquire with your airline's website for up-to-date fees and information. Custom Travel is NOT responsible for additional fees incurred for baggage or seating. Unless noted, checked baggage is not included in your package. Please review "Updated Checked Bag and Carry-on Bag Rules" at www.TSA.gov

18. HONEYMOON TRAVELERS: Please provide Custom Travel a copy of your wedding invitation to qualify for any complimentary honeymoon packages and bring a copy with you on your trip. Failure to have such proof of marriage can result in the resort denying any applicable complimentary privileges.

19. TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN: Children under 18 years of age not traveling with both parents or legal guardian(s) may need to present a notarized letter from the absent parent/guardian granting permission to travel outside the United States and provide emergency medical care if necessary. Please refer to this website for more information and sample letters: www.globetrektravel.com/minortravelforms.pdf. Custom Travel is not responsible for lack of compliance to provide proper documentation to airport authorities. It is the responsibility of the traveler and the traveler’s parents/guardians to provide proper documentation to airport authorities.

20. CRUISE PIER CHECK IN: Please refer to your travel documents to obtain your boarding time on the first day of your cruise.

21. DRESS CODE FOR MEN: Please be advised that some restaurants may require certain dress code such as requiring men wear long pants, collared shirt, and closed-toe shoes. Please review your cruise lines regulations and pack accordingly.

22. RISKS: Traveler acknowledges that travel to any location includes certain risks, dangers and perils (the "Risks"), including without limitation exposure to bad weather, diseases, viruses, illnesses or other conditions which may exist while traveling or in travel destinations. Such Risks are unavoidable, and Custom Travel disclaims any and all liability for harm to traveler related to such Risks. Customer agrees to waive any claims against Custom Travel for the Risks, and to hold harmless, defend and indemnify (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) Custom Travel for any claims or liabilities arising from or related to such Risks, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

23. TRAVEL ALERTS: Policies and procedures governing travel are beyond Custom Travel’s control, and for this reason, you must check the websites for your destination, airline, hotel or tour operator (available upon request). It is the traveler's responsibility to educate themselves on current travel alerts (including but not limited to COVID-19, Zika, and other related issues) by visiting http://travel.state.gov and https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/traveladvisories/traveladvisories.html. Government restrictions and regulations are constantly changing, and travelers are responsible to routinely check government websites as the departure date approaches.
