REVISIONS BEFORE DEPOSIT: We will be happy to customize the trip to your satisfaction by providing 3 revisions, if necessary, without requiring a deposit. After this time, a good faith deposit of $100 per person will be requested to continue making revisions. This deposit will be applied towards your final trip cost upon booking. If itinerary is not booked the $100 per person fee will be non-refundable.

REVISIONS AFTER DEPOSIT: ANY changes made to your existing room, cruise, tours and airfare reservations are subject to the current rates, promotions, change fees (including name change) and terms at the time of change. Any changes made on confirmed itineraries are subject to a $25 service charge per change, per person. Rate is based on all services performed by Full Circle Travel LLC and its representatives.

FINAL PAYMENTS: The final payment MUST be received NO LATER THAN 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified by your travel advisor. Final payments are
not
automatically charged. Please note your calendar of this final payment date as reminders may not be sent, however we try to send reminders about a week before it’s due. You must go to on the date you'd like the final payment to be posted. Full Circle Travel LLC is not responsible for cancellations due to payments made after this date. Late fees will apply.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES: Pertaining to the room portion of your trip; once your reservation is made a $150 nonrefundable penalty will be assessed up until any additional resort penalties take effect. The aforementioned is per person or entire room canceling (so if 1 person within the room cancels these same rules apply for that person). Regarding Airline tickets: if Full Circle Travel LLC booked your tickets, they are 100% non- refundable and subject to individual airline penalties/fees unless otherwise noted by your travel advisor(see insurance below).

LATE FEES: Final payments not received prior to the due date above will incur a $25 per person late fee. All reservations are subject to cancellation and hotel penalties as described above if final payment is not received on the due date. Late fees are not covered by the travel insurance and are always non-refundable.

All the above would be protected with the optional Travel Insurance with the exception of late fees. If you do not have insurance – natural disasters (such as hurricanes), cancellations for
ANY
reason (medical/personal emergencies, and cancellation of the wedding, etc.) do not relieve you from these penalties.
ONLY
the Travel Insurance will ensure you coverage. All cancellations must be received in writing.

*TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel Insurance can only be purchased at the time your reservation is made; it cannot be added after the initial trip deposit is received. There are some circumstances that insurance may be added after initial reservation is made. Your Full Circle Travel Advisor will quote your insurance policy cost upon initial trip quote at your request. Travel Insurance purchase is HIGHLY recommended. We strongly recommend trip cancellation and medical insurance, but some policies do not protect against cancellation due to pandemics or supplier defaults, please read your policy. You recommend "cancel for any reason" coverage, which costs more.

TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN: Children under 18 years of age not traveling with both parents or legal guardian(s) may need to present a notarized letter from the absent parent/guardian granting permission to travel outside the United States and provide emergency medical care if necessary. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent to you no later than seven (7) days prior to departure date. Please read through these documents immediately; misprints, misspellings, incorrect dates etc. are not the responsibility of Full Circle Travel LLC Included in your travel documents (if airfare is purchased through Full Circle Travel LLC) are airline electronic ticket receipts (proof of purchase, not boarding passes or actual tickets). Boarding passes are printed at the time of check in; online with the airline directly, or at the airport when showing passport & checking in luggage. It is very important that you take your travel documents with you in addition to passports and a major credit card for any baggage fees that may apply.

PASSPORTS:
Everyone, including children and infants, MUST have a VALID passport to travel internationally (not Passport Card). Failure to comply will result in denial of boarding, no refund, no exceptions (out of the USA). Full Circle Travel is NOT responsible for passports in ANY way. Passports are required to be valid for 6 months from your return date. PASSPORT CARDS ARE NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY VIA AIR!

BAGGAGE FEES: Due to continual changes in airline baggage policies it is suggested that you inquire with your airline's website for up-to-date fees & information. Full Circle Travel LLC is NOT responsible for additional fees incurred for baggage or seating. BAGGAGE FEES ARE NOT PART OF AN ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE! AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: Occasionally airlines change flight schedules, & may even cancel flights entirely. These changes are beyond Full Circle Travel LLC's control. In the event that such a situation occur; Full Circle Travel LLC will do it’s very best to assist you with finding best possible alternate option(s). If the flight time change is minor (2 hours or less) the airline will automatically make the change (airline policies/rules entitle them to legally do so). Full Circle Travel LLC will notify you of major changes.
Please Note: there may be additional costs to re-book a new flight should the airline cancel or make a major change to your original flight itinerary. Full Circle Travel LLC is NOT responsible for any additional costs or fees imposed by the airlines. It is the responsibility of the passenger to check for last minute airline flight time changes within 24 hours of departure. Full Circle Travel LLC is not responsible for changes that may occur within 24 hours of original flight departure time. Full Circle Travel LLC does not guarantee any connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects.

RE-CONFIRM YOUR FLIGHTS: Full Circle Travel LLC advises you personally re-confirm your flight schedule within 24 hours prior to departure directly with the airline in case of any last minute changes or delays. Most airlines allow you to check in online 24 hours prior to departure using the “Record Locator” (found in your travel documents). We recommend you download on your phone the airline app. The app will give you the most recent updates.

AIRLINE CHECK IN: Please check in with your airline at the airport no later than two (2) hours prior to scheduled flight departure time.

RESORT CHECK IN: Check-in time at most resorts is 3:00pm (local time). If you arrive prior to 3:00pm your room may not be ready. The resort will store your luggage in a secure location on property so you may start enjoying your vacation without delay. Change into something more comfortable and enjoy a nice lunch, swim in the pool, walk along the beach, etc. until you are notified that your room accommodation is ready for check in.

DRESS CODE: ** MEN ** - Please be advised that some cruise/resort restaurants may require long pants, collared shirt, & Closed-toe shoes. Please pack accordingly.

HONEYMOON & ANNIVERSARY TRAVELERS:
You MUST bring a copy of your marriage certificate to qualify for any complimentary honeymoon/anniversary package (photo copy is recommended). Failure to have such proof of marriage will result in the resort denying these complimentary privileges (if applicable). PLEASE notify your Full Circle Travel agent if you are celebrating a Honeymoon or Anniversary so that they can annotate this in your reservation. Typically resort will honor these packages up to 30 days before or after your honeymoon/anniversary date.

COVID-19 POLICY:

have no special knowledge of health hazards such as the risk of contracting Covid-19, either during the your travel or at the destination. For the latest travel health information, please review the State Department's website at travel.state.gov and the CDC's information at
www.cdc.gov/travel.

Full Circle Travel LLC and it's agents
have no responsibility for Covid-19-related requirements that travel suppliers and governments may impose from time to time, such as health affidavit forms, health screenings prior to departure or upon arrival, face coverings or quarantines. www.iatatravelcentre.com. For the latest travel supplier requirements, check the supplier's homepage.

Full Circle Travel LLC and it's agents
have no special knowledge of suppliers' financial condition and no liability for supplier defaults or for recommending future travel credits with suppliers that may be out of business by the time the client tries to use the credits.

Full Circle Travel LLC and it's agents if requested, will assist with obtaining any refunds due or rebooking trips using future credits, but may have the right to charge a nonrefundable fee for such services.

Full Circle Travel LLC, (herein “Travel Agency”) is acting as a mere agent for our SUPPLIERS in selling travel- related accepting services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this Travel Agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). Full Circle Travel, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional, negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to travelers or travelers’ companions or group members.

Full Circle Travel LLC or its agents shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent’s control. In the event of a tariff or rate dispute with one of our suppliers, the traveler must contact Full Circle Travel at the earliest possible time.

By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency. Traveler is advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage against these risks; information is available through this Travel Agency regarding travel insurance.

By booking your arrangement with us, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement and any additional terms and conditions of any supplier that are applicable to your booking arrangements. The lead passenger assumes the responsibility of sharing these terms and conditions with each passenger in their group, including payment of all amounts when due. It is the responsibility of each passenger to read our terms and conditions in its entirety. In addition, we reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
